For DL, its about that time again where we search high and low for a new venue for our guest to come celebrate in. Every year we host an annual black and white party that has been getting bigger and bigger. Our style is to switch it up every year and find a new enviroment for all of us to get dandy for.
Novemeber is the scheduled month and we are still weighing in our options from a few fabulous places. Stay tuned and make sure you dust off your shiny shoes, its almost time for another round of Classy-ness =)

Last week I wanted to set up a shoot for the new tees. The idea was to grab the official group that has been with this brand since day one and shoot a celebratory scene. We got the cake, (special thanks to The Sweet Retreat in Edina) a bottle of Italian champagne and a great venue. This is the first time we used music for the set and it actually worked pretty well.
After the “accidental” pop of the bottle and the music flowing in the background everyone got loose and it actually turned out to be a great shoot. Thanks to our first intern Channy for helping out and slowing starting to break out of her shell and special thanks to Corey for letting us use his spot.

We held a photoshoot yesterday with a group of the original Drift Line kru that help started this whole sha-bang and it went really well. We shot the new tees, pop the champagne and picked up a beautiful cake from the folks over at Sweet Retreat in Edina.
A beautiful night that ended in joy and happiness. Stay tuned for behind the scenes shots from the set.

August 9th marks our 5th year anniversary and Saturday the 6th we are inviting all of you to come celebrate with us! This year again we attended Envision for the 2nd time to see one of the most spectacular shows they have put together since. Great presence at the show with everyone there in full force to view, attend and mingle amongst the cities fashion heads and artists.
Great summer fashion from Drama showed us its easy to look simple and use the item of belt to center the outfit but give it the perfect attribute it needs to differentiate you from any other. Rock it tight or a little loose around the waist for a comfortable and enjoyable look.
Big hats and bowties are a hit this season. Whether you where it on your dress, around your waist or neck its the latest trend. Large or small, throw a bowtie into your look and you sure will turn heads as it gives your outfit a bit of class but the right flavor for any occasion

My favorite outfit of the night is the New York style trend which includes your fathers old leather woven belt, high but longer style shorts along with a tight or loose blouse. This Americana style for women is a bit sexy, a bit trendy and mixes masculine and femininity with a great deal of balance. Throw on some nerdy style frames or frizz the hair a bit for a touch of old school with new school style.Be sure to support Ignite year after year gearing Mpls into a new fashion capital that soon the world will start to slowly notice…
